UBG LLC, United Builders Group, is a Philadelphia-based, woman-owned construction company specializing in exterior building envelopes and pursuing affordable luxury housing development. UBG brings more than 15 years of construction experience to work that connects thoughtful design with practical, lasting performance.

Our expertise is in the exterior systems that protect a building and define how it looks: waterproofing, weather barriers, flashing, rainscreen assemblies, and architectural cladding. We understand how material choices, installation details, budgets, and schedules affect the finished project. That perspective guides our work with homeowners, developers, architects, and general contractors.

As UBG grows into housing development, our vision is to create well-designed homes that more Philadelphia families can be proud to own. We believe affordability should be paired with careful construction, durable materials, and an exterior that feels distinctive from the first day and performs for years to come.
