UBG LLC is a Philadelphia developer focused on affordable luxury homes: beautiful, thoughtfully designed houses that more families can have the opportunity to own. Founded by Nadia Belni, UBG brings more than 15 years of exterior construction experience to its work, with particular expertise in the building envelope. Nadia is also a certified graduate of the Drexel UDA developer program, bringing both hands-on construction knowledge and formal development training to UBG’s housing vision.
This mission is personal. After finding herself alone with two children, without a house or the income to purchase one, Nadia understood how far away homeownership can feel when a family needs stability most. That experience shaped her commitment to creating beautiful, dry, durable homes for women, mothers, and young families.
Philadelphia offers programs that can help eligible first-time buyers take that step. Through Turn the Key, qualified buyers may receive up to $75,000 in mortgage buydown assistance toward a newly constructed home on publicly owned land. Philly First Home may also provide a grant of up to $10,000, subject to program rules. UBG helps prospective buyers understand where to begin and connects them with City housing counselors and participating lenders for guidance through eligibility, financing, and the purchase process.
